NECS provide high quality, cost effective counselling via Zoom and telephone to private individuals and couples and company employees.
We have been providing this support since 2006 across the North East of England. Because of the fact that we can now deliver remotely we can provide counselling across a much wider area. 93% of our clients have advised that our counselling helped them and 98% would recommend us to a friend or family member.
We currently have around 50 counsellors providing counselling on our behalf, giving us huge capacity for counselling. We can normally provide a first counselling session within 7 days. We pride ourselves on making sure that each client gets the most appropriate counsellor for them, which can speed up the counselling process.
For companies we can provide a range of free resources in addition to counselling for staff members. We have presentations for both staff and managers to help them understand the impact of their mental wellbeing at work.
We can provide support to staff in a crisis and supervision for groups.
