Brentwood Rotary Club

Not For Profit,Other Services

The Rotary Club of Brentwood was established in 1932 and is a Registered Charity (No 1061479). The Rotary Organisation worldwide has over 1.2 million members.
Our Club raises funds through various projects during the year such as Christmas Collections (Santa and Sleigh); a Concert, monthly Quizzes, a Charity Golf Day, to name some.
The funds are used to arrange events such as trips to Legoland and the Pantomime for children with special needs, a day-out to the coast for elderly people. Funds are also used to help street kids in Uganda and disadvantaged school pupils in Uganda – the Uganda projects we do in conjunction with our sister Rotary Club in Denmark and a Uganda Rotary Club in Kampala. Funds are also streamed to help many other charitiess such as St Francis and Little Havens Hospices, Shelter Box etc etc.
Our Club tries very hard to work with organisation and schools in the local community.
The OBJECT OF ROTARY is: to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis for worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
