My name is Kelly Smith. I was born and raised in Essex. For a number of years I’ve been working in interior design for property refurbishments. I decided to further myself and start my own company, as I have a flair for detail and enjoy being creative.
I became the proud owner and founder of Sparkly Celebrations in May 2019. Sparkly Celebrations is a party/ event planning and decorations business. I supply for Engagements, Weddings, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Retirements ,Charity, Graduations and Proms.
I have supplied for a number of events, my goal is to be able to provide the one stop service for my clients.
