I am originally from Germany but have almost lived more years outside Germany than in. Places which have formed me are Australia, South Africa, France and different parts of the UK. A world citizen, teaching Yoga for 15 years and growing my teaching repertoire since starting Step into Yoga in 2013. Yoga is for EVERYONE and we teach to all age groups. Starting from the “to-be-born” = Yoga 4 Pregnancy, via Yoga 4 Mums & Babies, Yoga 4 Mums & Tots, Yoga 4 Kids, Yoga 4 Teens, Yoga 4 Families, Yoga 4 U, Gentle Yoga 4 U right young to Yoga 4 Seniors (Chair). Now a total of 15 years in Brentwood (2002 – 2010 & 2012 – 2019) I feel pretty local and have been involved in many volunteering and fundraising activities.
