Meet The Director:

With the addition of YourLandAgency to his business profile – Darren Milne now has three Property Companies under his leadership and has over fifteen years expertise in the industry. The other companies are a Caribbean Land and Development company and a Consultancy firm advising Building and Construction Companies.

Prior to working in the Property and Construction industries, Darren had a very successful career in Investment Banking, within the City of London. His duties within Banking were in Portfolio Management for Corporate Clients.

Darren excels in a wide range of services, including Consultancy Management, Development appraisals, Development viability, Residential and Commercial Planning, Business Development, JV’s, Option Agreements, Contractual Matters, Investment Management and Advisory Services.

In his spare time, Darren loves to travel and has extensively visited the Caribbean (resided in Antigua for one year) and has visited many other worldwide destinations including South Africa, America, Thailand, many European destinations and also has a fondness of Scotland.
